The standard double room at Scandic Valdres in Fagernes was comfortable and equipped with a multi-channel TV, a seating area, and a writing table. the breakfasts were well-prepared and delightful. the hotel boasts a great location right by a beautiful lake.

We had an amazing family room with ventilation, perfect View plus air conditioning. The breakfast was large except for a temperamental coffee machine, and the food was great. The location was marvellous for getting around, as a bus station was near the hotel.

The venue was set in the very central position close enough to the lake shore, and Fagernes, in the middle of the nature. The breakfast was amazing except for a temperamental coffee machine, and the staff was extremely accommodating.

Greatly enjoyed this old-fashioned hotel, do recommend. The management was nice, as well as the staff. It was in a very central location near the bus station. Plus, it was near to the lake/park view for the lucky ones.

Hotel is in a good location with fantastic views

No hot food was available because the restaurant was booked by a large business group but there is little else available in the village.

The staff were very nice, the room was huge with air conditioning and perfect View, for instance. The place had a family atmosphere. The location was marvellous and stunning, close to lakes and parks.

Conveniently situated close to the bus station, making it super easy for me to get around 🚌. the modern vibes of this place are pretty awesome too!

Some of us got ill after breakfast. Gould not book the room over Hotels own Hompage. Did also not get any good help over Telephone when it at last was booked to rooms on my name.

The room was incredible and exceptionally comfortable. Complete with ventilation, balcony, plus a nice view. - the location of the hotel was favorable - approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Tingnes church.

The location was beautiful, close to grocery store and drugstore. All the staff were incredibly friendly and excellent. - the breakfast was very very good.

This place has a fantastic view, spacious rooms, a good central location by the lake, and offers a satisfying breakfast.

Simply nothing too much trouble, very lovely stay. Particularly good location with pleasant view of the lake and the seaport. Large and huge rooms and feather pillows. Good service, parking on site. Had free Wi-Fi throughout the property.

We loved the location with a nearby lake and river. The breakfast had a vast selection and catered to different dietary needs. The staff were exceptionally helpful, especially during the Storm Hans evacuation. It was excellent value for money.

I stayed at Scandic in Fagernes for a quick stopover during a long drive. The room was comfortable and had a nice view of the lake. The staff at the check-in desk were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was absolutely amazing with a wide variety of choices. The hotel's location was convenient, right across from the bus station and close to the town center. a great experience and I will definitely stay here again.
